FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Part time, permanent – 22.5 hours per week
£25,000 per annum pro rata (equates to £15,000)
25 days holiday and statutory holidays allowance pro rata

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Fundraising Manager, to join the team and manage The Tetley's fundraising activities, with a particular focus on trust and foundation applications.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for implementing the fundraising strategy, coordinating and writing applications to trusts and foundations and public bodies and continuing to increase individual giving.

We have identified key priorities including a review of how we currently fund our participation and outreach work and the focus of this role will be seeking support from trusts and foundations for multi-year strategic projects. This post will also contribute to building a network of donors, both private and corporate, and increasing individual giving as key priorities for the coming years.

The Fundraising Manager is a key post, developing applications and collating information from across the organisation, reporting to and maintaining relationships with funding bodies

You will be an organised individual able to effectively manage their time and workload and have a minimum of two years experience in a development/fundraising role and a proven track record of successful bid applications

The role offers a 22.5-hour working week with an 'on balance to business needs' mandate, with a good work/life balance, 33 days annual leave (pro rata), a 3% pension contribution and health insurance.
